Location and Easy Access

reenville is on the eastern edge of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and is centrally located on the North American continent. Equidistant to New York and Los Angeles, and to Toronto and Mexico City, Greenville is the ideal location for the manufacturing and delivery of product for North America. Greenville even offers access to the Gulf Coast shipping channels via U.S. Highway 69.

Greenville’s close proximity to Dallas-Fort Worth makes it easy for businesses and industry to work with suppliers or assemblers in a big market. Greenville is also located on Interstate 30, a NAFTA trade route, which makes it easy for shipping and receiving product. Several logistics firms are located in and near Greenville.

One of Greenville’s best assets is the Greenville Municipal Airport “Majors Field,” the largest airport between Dallas and Little Rock, Arkansas. With a 10,000-ft. linear runway and a full ILS, Majors

Field is capable of landing the largest jets. Greenville offers a FBO, a municipal terminal building with weather-tracking computers and other amenities, and maintenance and storage of general aviation aircraft. The airport also has several hundreds of acres of land that is prime for development opportunities.

Every major railroad line can be accessed from Greenville, including BNSF, Kansas City Southern and Union Pacific. Rail America and Blacklands Rail are short-line carriers that can handle virtually any size delivery.

In Hunt County, all roads lead to Greenville, the County Seat. A major portion of Greenville’s 18,000-plus workforce drives from across the county and beyond on safe, easily accessible highways. Over 600,000 people live within a 40-mile radius of Greenville.

Greenville’s strategic location makes Greenville and excellent location with value!
