The Greenville Industrial Centre

he new Greenville Industrial Centre is the premier industrial park east of Dallas. This 95 acre park is located off of State Highway 66 and is only 3.5 miles from Interstate 30, and 1.5 miles from U.S. 69. The Centre’s first tenant, Atrium by Woodgrain, is thriving in its 150,000-square foot national manufacturing and distribution facility. The Centre’s strategic location and ready infrastructure were key elements for the company to relocate to the Greenville Industrial Centre.
